Regatta

Last night I totally like set my alarm and everything right. And you know how like you usually wake up before your alarm goes off? Well I woke up thinking it would have been around 5am but no, IT WAS 2:47 >:[ So I went back to bed and then when I woke up my mum came into the room and was like um, dude, it's like 5:30.

So I was like SHITTTTTTTTTT and like ran for it and I got dressed and packed my things in about 15 seconds and then I had to like brush my hair (it would have looked horrible anyway. Who cares it's a regatta) and eat my breakfast (a measley donut) in the car. Then we like sped on the way to school and drove at 120km/h on Kent St. Yep. And I made it on the bus and went to Champion Lakes on such a stupid freezing morning.

So yeah. After hours of rigging and carrying and setting up the boats, we had our race at like 11:30am T_T Yeah. The race didn't go as well as planned. We were second by like a bit of a boatlength.

And then we had to de-rig the boats and then carry them back and then rig them again and carry everything into the shed. So yeah. I'm kind of really tired. I'm going to bed.

Nahh but the night was like hell fun...I would have preferred to change my seat though; A4 isn't the best seat in the house. And the person sitting next to me was quite annoying, and the old guy next to Rosie had a spontaneous sneezing fit everythree minutes or so.

But anyway, it was pretty cool.

And during the intermission I saw Sarah and I like totally went spazz like we usually do when we see eachother and I did like the Gleepy thing but apparently her dad was like wtf who's she ROFL hey just cause we're cool like that.

Yep, Cabaret was cool.

I feel rather cranky today.

Is it because my chicken sandwich fell apart when I tried to cut it?

Is it because I was late this morning because of the stupid congestion on Leach Hwy?

Is it because I papercutted across my blister with my science book (which, by the way, is the most excrutiatingly PAINFUL thing you cannot imagine. It should have been a medieval torture method)?

Is it because no one did any research for Friday's booklet and I felt really angry because I've been trying so hard to prepare for it and sent a very angry email to everyone?

Is it because I couldn't get to Student Services to ask about volunteering for City to Surf (which, I doubt I would be able to, because it was under 'SS Info' on the Portal and I think it is only for girls who wish to complete their community service hours)?

Is it because no one has updated the blog I've been dying to read for more than a week already?

Is it because Mr Gaby was relief for English today?

Is it because we had to row so damn much at training?

Is it because my mother is trying to convince me tutoring little kiddies is a good idea?

Is it because my mother also told me jokes that not only were not funny but also did not make any sense?

Is it because my mother then yelled at me for being cranky because I was not laughing at her joke (which, incidentally, was not because I was cranky)?

Is it because Restaurant City wouldn't load?

Is it because I have to get up early for choir tomorrow morning?

Is it because I AM REALLY TIRED?
